Dark Moon Sound Healing Journey
Let us take you on a journey that explores the connection of your soul to music, to vibrations, to the purity of unadulterated darkness under a moonless, star filled sky.
For people who haven't experienced sound healing before, various instruments and voices create frequencies and energies to tune in to your soul and remove blockages.
For the non-spiritual, the end result is a sense of relaxation, peacefulness and complete de-stress. It isn't uncommon for people to a go in to a deep sleep during a session.
Healer: Sascha Martineau
Sascha has a professional/classical degree in music but was drawn to the spiritual side. In her own words...
"Music now feels like a sacred lived experience that flows effortlessly and gracefully through me from source. It’s taught me that life is this beautiful expansive melody. Having it’s own individual rhythmic patterns and unique harmony. A divine symphony, existing in major and minor keys of Polarity.
It repairs the discords, by blending opposites into peace, harmony and clarity, bringing about deep and passionate union into the grand symphony of life."
Her Sound Immersions include her calming voice, various bowls, a handpan, a gong, harmonium, a medicine drum and maybe a saxophone.
Starting off the evening at 530pm will be an introduction to partner stretching conducted by Manu. Optional. No partner required.
At the previous event there was an acro yoga performance by Mike and Renata followed by a dance performance by Amoura. The supporting performer for this event is Lauren Windhorse. Lauren will be creating a unique performance, the likes of which have not been seen before. It will combine human sculpturing, art, music, light and dance. Lets keep it a surprise.
