When you want to entertain your friends, you dont want restrictions on when to end the party and what you can and cannot do. Why not take your friends and family away from the maddening crowds and setup in a place of your choice (or ours!). We can be completely off grid. And a bit off road.
Whether its birthday parties, anniversaries, fitness retreats, corporate training or if you are just sick of Airbnb restrictions on pets, parties, terrible hosts or early checkouts, let us create an unforgettable experience for you in nature.
We have everything you need to set up a mobile glamping retreat: 4m and 5m glamping tents (Australian sourced), mattresses, bedding, kitchen, solar power station, lights, chill out zones, and accessories like fire extinguishers.
We also have calisthenics fitness equipment and can organise performers like DJs, Acrobats and Entertainers.

Meet your Glamping Event Stylist
Monique Pavicic
We started using Bell tents for our fitness retreats in nature. As interest from others grew for hiring the tents for special occasions, we recruited the services of Monique Pavicic. Monique brings with her 11 years of experience in the bridal industry. Her knowledge of themed events, colours and the personal touches she addswill make your specialday even more memorable.
Pricing & Glamping Packages
Transportation costs are extra.
All our glamping packages include a tall and wide, 5m (not 4m) Australian-sourced, bell tent that you can walk around in and the following:
Foam mattress: We do not torture you with an air mattress.
Linen, quilt, pillows and cushions
Bedside box tables
Lighting: Internal, bedside
Indoor rugs and outdoor mat
Does NOT include, site fees, additional power, additional premium linen service and bond.

Self Install
Starts $85 per tent per day
The 5m tent hire is $120 per day, per tent. $199 includes bedding, basic linen and everything else.
$400 minimum spend.
Pick up from our warehouse and we will give you self install instructions on paper and videos.
Glamping Experience
$599 for two nights
All inclusions in the basic package but delivered, installed and packed down. Transportation costs per km. Completely hassle free. Minimum 2 nights and 2 tents (or 4 nights) hire.
Romantic/Wedding
399/night $599/weekend
Currently not on offer until we find a permanent setup.

Day Hire

Fancy a lazy brunch with the girls or celebrate an occasion without having to leave the city? Consider a 5 hour hire on the South Perth foreshore or another city location.

Additional nights: 60% of the daily rate
Larger tent: $50 extra per night. The $5m tent is large enough to put in 9 single beds (to give you an idea of size)
Additional person: $50 basic and 75 for luxury configuration
Additional power, outdoor kitchen and a chill zone for $99 each
Additional delivery and installation fees are charged at $40 per hour to cover labour, vehicle and fuel costs
Hire Components
Whether you are a fitness instructor looking to do your own retreat, or planning a private event like a wedding or a birthday, we can hire out everything you need to create your own retreat. So you can focus on the guests and the event rather than on the organisation.
Glamping Tents
We use high quality Australian-sourced, 5m bell tents. They are super spacious with and you can stand up in them.
A 5m tent can fit 2+ double beds (recommended 1 double and 2 singles).
They have canvas floors attached by high quality zips, mesh to keep insects outside and windows all around to allow plenty of air and light.
Bedding
Unlike some companies who use blow up mattresses, we take the extra trouble to maintain and transport foam mattresses with premium bamboo mattress toppers.
We use premium bedding to ensure a sleep so comfortable guests have wanted to steal our entire bed and bedding.
Decor
Our stylists Kyna and Monique will ensure that the decor with those final touches that make all the difference are uniquely suited to your event.
Camp Kitchen
At Giralia station, we built most of the kitchen with found material at the station's tip! We have fire pits, gas stoves and BBQs.
Low tables, carpets and cushions can make for an open air dining area or chill zone. Shade cloths or marquees can be setup for weather protection. We discuss site planning with each client.
Fitness Equipment
Calisthenics equipment like gymnastics rings, parallettes, flooring, yoga mats etc can be provided in case you would like to add a fitness element to your function. Instructors available.
Entertainers/Instructors
Whether you are looking for an instructor like Yoga, Calisthenics, Rock Climbing, Survival or entertainers like DJ, comedians, acrobats, magicians, photographers etc we can source one for you.
Location
Our specialty is unique locations. You will see this in all our retreats. The best ones are closely guarded secrets! But we can help you select one from various public and private locations like campgrounds or retreats. You can go completely off-grid if you like. We have a 4WD that can help you get off-road as well.
We are based in Perth but flexible in the location. In December 2020, we hired out a farm in Albany with ocean views, for a month, for a fitness retreat.
Toilet and Showers
We strongly recommend places that have toilet facilities and possibly showers too or hiring one. Alternately, we have porta-pottis that are portable chemical toilets. The additives means they are smell free and very clean since we use near-new ones.
Power and Lighting
Having lived off grid we have tested solar power, battery storage, refridgeration and lighthing solutions in harsh environments. Add to this our unique sense of style, we belive will provide you with the best possible power and lighting solution for your glamping.

Benefits of hiring an entire retreat.
Avoid Airbnb restrictions
Frankly, 10am checkout times on a Sunday is just ridiculous. We are more flexible with timings and late checkouts. Stay a while and enjoy the experience.
Go completely off-grid and avoid the noise restrictions of 10pm in the city.
Privacy
Don't let the risk of pesky neighbours, spying hosts or overzealous councils bust your gathering.
Lower risk than a hotel
As an organiser you know how hard it is to get people to commit and PAY and then not change their mind. Hiring out a venue exclusively can be exorbitantly expensive.
One stop shop
Unlike other glamping hire providers, we will provide you a complete infrastructure setup (except toilets and showers). In addition we will also provide you with adventure activities, performers and entertainers.
You control the experience
Don't be at the mercy of complain-y neighbours! You can complete privacy when you choose your location.
